I see a lot of bitter people here. Far Cry is a fantastic game. I have a 9800xt and the graphics are excellent when cranked all the way up. Water looks very nice too... there is no reason to say otherwise. And it must have been very hard to make a jungle outdoor game but they pulled it...

wow sweet btw I think the skin looks great too non-toony pc games? no such thing great job Edit.. had to say. The tires are very nice... almost cant see the flat parts with that skin.

I think more people want hl2 because they think they will get better mods... not because they want to play hl2. The mods are the most popular part of hl1 by far, single player games are not long term fun for "most" people. TF2, CS2, DOD2 are probably going to be bigger hits then hl2 anyways...

Probably wont see hl2 till next summer. You got to wonder why they lied all the way up to sep 30th saying the game was not only going to be finished but at shopping centers.

I dont think its too low polly. I dont understand why people say that about models that have almost no curved surfaces like tanks/jets, lots if not most of the parts are flat. At most it could use a few but I think it looks nice as it is. This is actually something that with a good texture...
