So he thinks Gordon Freeman is a boring and uninteresting character, now does he? Why, he just insulted himself! It's really cool how Halo 2 has this new feature called "fleshed-out story", though. Surely these people are qualified for reviewing games!

Anyway, I'm pretty sure I heard in another thread that the zombies' voices weren't reversed in some of the earlier trailers, speculation about the reversing mainly was about that people thought it seemed too extreme and that VALVe changed it because of that(I think they shouldn't have)...
ITZ 2 DARK! WO TURNED OFF DE SUN!??
Maybe just me though, my brightness settings are pretty low by default. Still, it seemed worse than usual. Movie wasn't as great as you enthusiastically claimed it to be in my opinion, but worth seeing(only I'm afraid it might have spoiled a little for my...
"There was a lot of debate over this one, as half of our editors made a strong case for Half-Life 2 as our overall Best Game of 2004."
Note that they say half of our editors. I think they forgot a line; "but it is Halo 2 that's mainstream and that everyone expects, so, uh...".
God. I make one mistake and you're on my back. Did you check that guy's posts? Also, I reccommend that you check my other posts in that thread, in which I clarified that I didn't mean to sound so generalizing and like a racist and that it was just me formulating the sentence badly. "Proper...
You won't be looking at the box while playing the game, though, and like Jackathan said, you're supposed to feel like you're Gordon Freeman. I still like it more this way, even if you think it'd make you feel more like you're Gordon Freeman if you could see his reflection.
Yeah... They really should have done something about the Combine, though. It's been some time since we last were ruled by a specimen from another dimension.
That was great. Thank you.
Edit: In reply to the stuff about age limits: I'm 15. The shopkeeper didn't even make a face when I handed him the box, clearly reading 18+ in the lower left corner(yes it is 18+ here, I'm looking at the box right now).
You do know that he said sixty years ago, meaning it's no big issue in Germany? And it's close to impossible for things like this to be accepted in Germany, I'm quite sure. I'm fully sure that it wouldn't be accepted in Sweden, if someone famous would make comics like those he/she would become...
I think he overdid the stuff about the kid having fetishes, though; just because he's a homosexual doesn't mean he has to want leashes(and he didn't portray it like it was just to add more "strangeness" to him, in my opinion).
No, I don't see the reflection of Gordon Freeman where my own reflection should be. I'm pretty sure there isn't any reflection either in HL2, so I can't see what point you were trying to make.
