Seriously, who cares? Once you've installed the game you can shove all the CD's back into the box so they can collect dust for the next 5 years.
It's not like you're going to need any more protection than the box itself.
It's not valve's fault that a bunch of stores broke the street date. The customers should be pissed off at the stores for selling them a game that's not been released yet.
Yeah, I understand that it's good to get information about these trojans out there, but seriously, this is one of those "if you're dumb enough, you deserve it" type of things.

Applying the current CT texture to this new model won't allow you to see how high poly it is. Because the new model will no doubt have greater detail in things like the hands, i.e. having all 5 fingers rather than a mitten thing; applying the old texture to the new model would look crummy in...
It's not the OFLC, it's the government for not introducing an R18+ rating for video games. If we had that, no games would need to be banned or altered.
