Yes, all of those are possible. All you have to do is calculate where the player clicked, then use the atan function to generate an angle from the player's origin to the point where you clicked. Then you set the player's angle to that, and set his forward move speed. It wouldn't be too hard...

It can have an effect, most noticable is the cooling system. A cheap cooling system on board will make a big difference, because running at higher clock speeds will cause the card to get hotter, and without the right cooling, it just gets to hot. So, they will lower clock speeds to put less...

I played guild wars for the E3 thing, and after you got past the initial "man this game sucks" it became REALLY fun. I loved playing healer in the PvP battles, and the quests were very fun. I love how anyone any level can be good if they just use the right skills.
