Pontificating about morals in these instances is incredibly inane, and elevating HL2 to a platform far beyond what it really is. If someone downloaded the beta it breaks no moral code that I know of. You guys need to focus on other things in life where morals matter. Just my .02! Downloading...

That's wrong. A good developer SUPPORTS his game, and enhances it along the way. Valve did a damn fine job of this, as has DICE with BF1942. This guy's a self absorbed person who knows little about gaming or business. I agree that people are bitching far too much, but, we are the customer...
