Can the crossbow pin people on walls like in Painkiller?
Can you pick up a sharp object with the manipulator and impale enemies with it?

Try and get them to give you confirmation or some kind of hint that HL2 has a multiplayer mode.

Find out if you can about DoD:S. Try and weezle a screenshot if possible.

And yes, find out when the hell the CS:S beta will be preloaded!!

I saw that a long time ago, this is a new trip... isn't it? If not, why was it brought back to life?

Who knows.

Anyways, the water won't reflect you because it does the fresnel effect properly. If you look straight down at it, it'll be fully transparent.

Although, thinking about it... looking straight down at real water you can see yourself... hmm.

i thought this was a recent trip, thats why i replied before. are you sure its already been posted and this is an old trip?

anyway, about what nickanderson said:

#2 i thought this was still a heavily debated topic, and valve are keeping wraps on any hl2 multiplayer. there have been several referances to it, but these can mean different things depenging on which way you look at it, so i would have to disagree there, we have not had a definate confirmation.
