Despised to be an American.

It's easy to say that when you probably voted for the victor.
I'm Canadian and I supported Kerry, and yes I did state that in the past before the election.

so did you find the quote where i said I wanted to kill americans? or was that another figment of your imagination?

Wrongly cited, you, meant "you canadians".

Oh my bad...my points dont cater to yours?

Seriously, I dont know what your point is.

Stop bashing America was my point. Could you do that?

Cant take the heat of Iraq being invaded, or Bush being elected? Get out of the international arena!

Well, tell me whether or not I voted. Sh¡t, you apparently know more about my life than I do.

stop being beligerent, he's entitled to his opinion, kerberos

Thats interesting, but I believe its inconsequential.

It was taken on the internet yes? Most people who use to internet in that fasion are, lets face it, young/teenage males. This group is often not only ignorant of a lot of politics, but also has strong lieberal feelings based on half truths.

What if the world could vote in the US election? Then it wouldn't be the US election....obviously.

Looks like if it was upto the world, bush would be in the backroom by now ..

http://www.betavote.com/

And it seems the more intellegent of america is the one's who voted for kerry, notice the highly populated areas of america....

The old ways are stuck in the heads of the central americans..
the point is, is that the world doesnt decide who gets made president in American, we do, just as the world doesnt vote for the leaders of any other countries (such as france, britain, canade etc.)

And I'm sorry, I take offense to being called not intelligent, I feel that I have a very open mind about alot of things, and I have lived all over the country, how does not voting for a person I think would have not done this country good, make me un-intelligent?

Besides, another explantion for Democratic voting in Large cities are the heavy poorer class and manufacturing jobs in those cities. Democrats offer more welfare to the poor, and want to raise things like the minimum wage. Things people in big cities think will do them good. (and dont get me started on raising the minimum wage either, it would only hurt things) I am just making an example or 2

Anyway, please dont make blatant statements about peoples intelligence just because of differing political ideals.

None of this matters, with another 4 years of Bush in office America will probably annoy everyone else so much that the entire world decides to cut America loose from the world to float in space.

Sorry for the randomness. I'm looking forward to becoming the second moon.

Just be thankful that we CAN vote.

amen to that, the funny part is, all the young people who would be voting for kerry didn;t get out there and vote, only 10% of people 18-29 voted, sad really, even if it would have meant Kerry would have won, my generation is disappointing, oh, i'm 19 and I voted Bush

It's about that time, eh chaps?

...

Righto.

I think everyone should move up here to Canada.

Totally. In fact, even though the race is relativly close, most of the "map" is red. In fact, even California itself looks mostly red.

http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2004/pages/results/states/CA/P/00/index.html

Why is this?

Its simple. The places that are blue are densly populated. Its these areas where people from all cultures colide. Here there is a greater exchange of ideals and ideologies, where we have grown to be accepting of differences and understanding of eachother. In the red areas there is greater isolation and less contact with diversity. These people stick to old ways, the only ways that anyone around them knows, and adpot the stuborn opinions of their familys.

Quoted for Emphasis.

Alaska would stomp all over California's ass with its tremendous size. It'd whip those two tail's around and/or strangle california with them. Besides, Alaska is a very republican state.

And just to say, to the original poster, you're nothing but an idiot. You classify states as redneck states, never heard anything more stupid. There's redneck's/hillbillies in every single state.

Nothing wrong with being a redneck/hillbilly damn't!

My advice:

If you're despised to be an American, then leave.

Let me blow off steam:

ARRGGHHHHHGGRRAAAWWWWRRRRR *hits a kitty* OMFG HOW COULD WE VOTE MONKEY 2004?! AARRRRRR DUMB DUMB DUMB NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT FOREIGN POLICY OR HOW THE WORLD LOOKS AT US, WE THINK WE'RE SO KEWL "LIBERATING" PEOPLE.

And now some lowercase sentences so the fubu vB doesn't change that all to lowercase :D

I still like this country though.

This thread is funny..and weird. Yes I live in Canada..and I favor kerry for somethings and bush for somethings...example:

Bush: things I hate: Attacks other countries cause he can.

things I like: He might open the boarder up to Canadian beef (which was always safe..just that the american government is so paranoid about things from other countries even though their country is more dangerous.)

Kerry: things I hate: He will not open the boarder to Canadian beef.

things I like: He wants to work with the rest of the world on world events (unlike bush.)

That's my reasons.

Bush just likes beef... it's not that he likes (or even trusts) Canada. He doesn't want their medication to be allowed in the USA... and he's quite adamant about that.
