Diablo 3 announced

Well let's recall the end of LoD...that was a BIG ASPLOSION.

Isometric ftw.

Isometric is sooooooo 80's, get with the program Blizzard, first person is the only acceptable view in the 2000's. I mean how am I able to be immersed with my character if I can't see what he is seeing. It's a ROLE playing game and I want to be able to play the ROLE of the character. At least Bethesda knows how to make amazing games and took Fallout into the future of gaming!

We don't even know yet all the camera options available. There was a character zoom in the gameplay trailer. Maybe there is more in store.

I bought LoD but never finished it. Booooriiiiing.

Is he being sarcastic?
Or just an idiot?@corner

I just watched the gameplay trailer. The Barbarian looks like he's a blast to play. It's like playing God of War, but with better weapons, armour, story, and gameplay! I can't wait to see what the other classes have in store.

LoD was fabulous. It was a perfect compliment to Diablo II.

And as for first person - look at Oblivion and Hellgate: London. This gameplay style would never work in first person.

He's being an idiot, I'm sure.

Who also doesn't understand that FPP was first - it took a lot more CPU power to display isometric views than First Person.

One thing: Isn't Deckard supposed to be the LAST of the Horadrim not their FAN?

His journal on Diablo III website says otherwise.

It also says he enjoying "playing" last of the Horadrim or something to that effect.

D:

I wish that page would load for me, I wanna read the journal!

actually quite impressed with the gameplay trailer

can't wait to play with some of you guys D:

Woohoo ... now we spend hours clicking on animated monsters ... IN 3D!!!!

But that was an important strategic element... now replaced by arcadey health drops.

OH LOOK, HE DROPPED A RED LIFE ORB, GET IT! doesn't have quite the same ring as POTION, DAMMIT, POTION YOU STUPID MOTHER****ER!. We used to play through Diablo 2's bosses with my brother like this:

He focused on fighting, I focused on keeping him alive with his potions.

I want my potions

I'm sure Potions will be usable like they used to, but they are trying to keep you alive easier through battle with the orbs, I'm assuming.

I did like the whole pots, but I won't mind this new system.

Seriously, how do they expect you to last through the tough boss fights without potions? As I said, they are there, so they're not gone entirely.

get the **** out of our internets.

Also:
your sig sucks

haha wtf, bunny_dude, stop it

DiabloIII = orgasm...............

It's you that's already been framed.

We dont allow gay porn here. The exit is that way. ->

And:

LoD made DII bareable for me

This. Act V was what made it all worth it.

Music at Horragath makes me cream my pants.

Now a serious discussion on the story.

In the trailer you see Tyrael hurling his blade at the worldstone to destroy it.

So, i'm assuming he actually split the dimensional barrier between the mortal realm, heaven and hell.

Ok i have to read more.
