Hmm, what could possibly be wrong...

1. Modifying a handgun (removing s/n) is a federal crime
2. Owning an unregistered weapon is also a federal crime
3. If you admit you are unstable, why would you have a firearm?
4. If shooting someone is a logical response to them making you angry, you obviously should not have a weapon of any sort.
5. To ask us here, you obviously dont have enough common sense to handle a firearm.

I plan on getting a pistol next month, when I turn 21. I plan on using it for sport shooting, something to relieve stress with on the range. But I will be purchasing it through a certified gun shop. If you want a weapon, get a baseball bat or even a paintball gun...

Okay, heres the dealio. I have the oppertunity to obtain a handgun with holster and 5 spare magazines, I want it for protection but here's the problem

1: It's illegal(1.a), but it's untraceable(1.b). It won't be registered to me.(1.c)
2: I'm mentally sub-stable(2.a). This basically means I have the mental cappacity to kill someone and not feel bad about it(2.b)
3: I prboably would wind up shooting someone when angry(3.a)

A: So, in other words you don't nessecarly need the gun for defense, just another one of your physical accessories to determine, for your own lacking self-confidence and identity of worth that you have, "Power". "Power", over yourself, "power" over other people. Since you explained for yourself that you lack the intellectual capacity and patience of reasoning to determine when force is nessecary and when it is not, then I will not be the first nor last to have you hear this phrase, but: "A gun is not for you." (2.a)(2.b)(3.a)

I have trouble accepting the personal need for a defensive weapon that is nethire traceable nor under your name, both of which actions are illegal, especially when you confuse knee-jerk reactions with the truth and aggression the enabling behavior for action. (1.b)(1.c)(1.a)

Secondly, you're own self admitted 'sub-stable' intellectual and emotional capacity places the people around you at more risk then you, yourself, actually are. (2.a)(2.b)(3.a) What do you need to protect yourself from? Someone who disagree's with you? This is especially true when you will consider that its you who'd use the gun first and against something he frusteratingly cannot socially or mentally solve. See your frusterations. That's not protection -- that's aggression and it's a logical quagmire. It's also dangerous to the people around you and the people you love.

Third, you even own up to your own instability with a weapon because you stated in direct conflict with your need for a weapon of defense, that you'd, "be more inclined to use it against not just the people who've made you upset, but anyone if they unfortunately wind up being around you when your upset." Thats not defensive reasoning, that is again, self-admitted and self-incriminating aggression. Your making your own guilty plea. (3.a)

So, you envision social power in the form of pistol. I believe this weapon to be more like an extra penis. You envy the power of a firearm over a Knive, or a fist, because its so quick to I believe in your case, determine whose right and whose wrong, so quickly and without hesitation or appeared mercy.

Weapons can't have mercy, where's yours?

In conclusion, getting a Firearm to justify your personal emotional outbursts is really proof to me that you're not the one whose in need of a gun. And that answer is just so obvious to me, so, why is this not that obvious to you?

I think you need a brain first, before a gun. Surely I'm not the only one with the capacity to realize that.

Not to be critical but if you are going to write something that deep you should revise. Know the difference between "then" and "than":
than is for comparisons, then is for the advancement of time. Thats is a shortening of that is, thus you must add a ' for it to make sense. Frustrations not frusterations. Also, not a grammatical flaw but try to not repeat yourself too much, mix your sentence structure up.
