So you live in the northern part?YANKEE!!!!Farrowlesparrow said:Its confusing at times, because I think with England its the opposite way round to the US. People in the south are apparently the upper class, rich folk and the north is supposed to be a bit backwards. But they no nothing....It ain't grim up here!
So you live north?YANKEE!!!!
Farrowlesparrow said:Pff....Automatics are boring You have that little bit more control with a manual as well. Plus, for the boy racers out there, you can get better acceleration
I know... I was joking by the fact you said you lived in the north....yankee...Farrowlesparrow said:The north of England. Yankees do not figure into this country :|
If you live in the US, ignore this, it's backward! I'd hate to see a US driver taking only this bit of knowledge to his driving test...Dedalus said:that's (from left to right): Accelerator, Brake, Clutch.
Phisionary said:P.S. young drivers are a scary thing in the US, considering the standards... :E

Gorgon said:I have a clean full UK DL. 2 years ago I took my first lesson with BSM Office. Total cost was £450 for 18 lessons.
I passed from the first go.
The driver instructor through out all my 18 lesson was the coolest guy I ve ever met, he is so cool that make you do things that you are not allowed to do in the road .
I used to do 70 Miles in some narrow streets , I used to put the music load and sing while driving, he taught me some professional tricks.
Man, we had fun during my lessons.
true that. yeah, i miss the days when other people would drive me around...the passenger seat is much better...burnzie said:i was a natural
i mean not to bring you down but i hate driveing now.
good luck sexy
marksmanHL2 :) said:My friend was telling me about his driving instructer.
Apparently on his first lesson the instuctor said:
"slow down please.."
"no no.. much slower"
"yeah thats about right"
Until he looks at the instructor and sees him peering out the side window and then through the wingmirror at a couple of nice lookin girls they just passed!!!!

Foxtrot said:I am 18 and haven't even started classes. But after you are 18 in America you don't have to take the classes, just the test and I heard it was easy.
jaguar_987 said:Easy isn't the word, its literally a case of drive around the block and "hey congratulations you've passed your driving test". I've been looking into it, moving out there and all.
I can use my UK license for up to a year out there then get a US one but seeing how easy the test is i'll just go do it as soon as im there. You can also do the test in an automatic
I now understand why there's no roundabouts out there lmao
Ritz said:If your talking about UK, if you get an automatic one you wont be allowed to drive manual (aka. Pretty much everything) cars.
No idea about the US though >.> Ritz need bed soon, 11am tommrow. I WILL DIE.
Dedalus said:wow. i still haven't learnt to drive
good luck with your lessons. and remember, "A, B, C".
that's (from left to right): Accelerator, Brake, Clutch.

The Dark Elf said:I don't like driving, prefer to walk or take a taxi. Only learnt cause I was going to the US and there's little alternative where I was heading. I'd be happier if I didn't have to drive again.
