The Linesman had a clear view and called it, the referee overuled him, simple as. Why in football they cant use technology to call shots (such as video playback) is beyond me.
With Rooney neutralised was it just me or did the team instantly seem to loose some cohesion? Almost like sub-conciously he was their 'rock'
