I just recently started college last august, and since then I've eatin practically nothing but junk food and put on a few pounds. But now I'm ready to get my fitness grove on and get down to 165lb and 8% body fat. I just wanted to post this so I will be held to it by whoever. :cheers:
 
If you have trouble forcing yourself to exercise regularly, do it with friends, work out with a team. Just find PEOPLE who will hold you accountable for skipping what you plan for yourself. Works a little better than a forum post =P
Oh yeah, freshmen 15 is true. Just choose between 15 lbs of fat or of RAW MUSCLE!
 
listen to some music while you work out too, might help

I can force myself to work out, but it would be fun to do it with friends. I'll try this one, and maybe make some of my friends not so lazy.
 
I just started exercising lately too! I run a mile everyday and lift weights for an hour each day. I can see some changes... but hot damn I get the feeling it's going to take a while til im in shape again!
 
When you got someone to exercise parallel to and make it competitive, it is fun as a fiddle. Like racing someone for example. I'm going to try to find someone to exercise with.
 
Yeah, this summer, I tried to work out, been going at it for about a month. Then I got lazy.

An acquaintance proposed quite the opposite, and it is somewhat reasonable. By running in parallel, both people will take breaks together as well... so one person who can run no further inclines the other to stop early. If it's set up as a real race it can be prevented though. To get the "best time" there should be no stopping. But there is some truth that running together prevents both people from pushing themselves as far as possible.
 
I do dares with my friends for example... It would be like, "Hey Max do somthing to Jaycob". So I run and go up to him and go like "WATCHA PLAYIN?!!!?!11/!?" Jaycob is all like "Same as last time:dork:" His little game is where he pretends he's video game chars and runs around like a some blind retard. So i'm liek " BLEAH WEEEQEEE FUN CAN I PLAYY?!!!?!?!?!?!1?!"?!?WDASD" "Uhhh I dont-"
"WEEEE WANNNA BUY SOME COCAINE?!!?!?!" I screamed at him and I ran off back to Joke HQ. Fun :cheers:
