Yeah Oblivion for me too. Man that game was soooooooooooooooooooooooo overrated.

It was just a run-of-the-mill RPG that relied more on the player wandering around than setting paths and than allowing the player to wander around. The main problem is after you've done some wandering and you realise all the quests are the same "Go here, kill this/get this" type of thing, you actually decide to do the main story only to find out its pretty much the same thing only to discover its just the same thing, but with Oblivion gates.

Oh, and how it portrays Hell's invading army is incredibly weak.

Designer 1:"Hey guys i got an awesome idea"

Designer 2 & 3 some how conjure giant exclaimation marks over there head thanks to their dandy "Kojima-Helmets"

D 1: "How about, we get the player to go all over the game world and enter about 12 of these Oblivion gates (which are really just 4 or 5 different levels of Oblivion realms we force them to play over and over) so they can rally troops"

D 2: "Sounds good"

D 3: "Yeah, and then what?"

D 1: "Then we trick them into thinking they're going to be leading a giant army of warriors in an epic battle against the invading forces of Hell, like something out of Lord of the Rings, but instead, it'll just be 12-15 guys fighting about 20-30 demons"

D 2: "Awesome!"

D 3: "And how about this: We then get them to go through ANOTHER Oblivion gate, but this time its cooler because its BIGGER, and they have to destroy some giant ramming device that can actually be destroyed in 2 minutes without having to kill more than 5 guys!"

D 1: "Even more awesome!!"

D 1, 2 & 3 high-five each other, and then all go back to watching Dharma & Greg reruns, laughing throughout every single minute.

but especially mafia. the graphics sucked, the horrid music drove evoryone mad, the cars had alot of bugs, the noises sucked, and the levels sucked. for instance. who in the hell would like to be a taxi man for an hour trying to get some wierdo to the dentist who says stuff like 'go slower, my teeth are itchy' wtf is that all about? they needed to fix that game. then they needed to burn every copy. i think i made my point.

It's alright...I agree with hitman 'cept for the fact that the graphics are poor. i don't agree, I thought they were execllent. The AI was pretty average...

Were you playing the console version or the pc version? Because the pc blows the console out of the water in terms of quality.

I liked their S3 engine, though.

I didn't really like The Sims. I tried to play it, but I just left it alone after a week tops.
Never got into MMFPS' like BF2 or ET. Seemed boring to me :|
MMORPGs are also not in my realm of gaming (Sorry WoW )

The original zelda was the first game I had ever played, and I guess I've just been following the franchise ever since. Zelda 3 was my favorite, and I do think that OOT gets a little too much credit, even so I thought it was a great game.

I remember waiting in line at Target at midnight, along with a rush of people (the game had been delayed countless times, and it was highly anticipated) to get it. Good thing is, I got it free because I was the 100th person to enter the store.

But then my mom made me wait until christmas to play it...so there I was with the box to the game I had wanted to get for a long time...just looking at it for a month.

I got my hands on TOoT a couple of years ago, after reading that it was the best game ever made by Gamespot.

Never really had that many N64 games, I got my N64 the year it was released for Christmas.
