I've acquired quite an unhealthy body shape over the past years of being a lazy ****, and after a particularly inactive exam period have got more squidgy. To give you a perspective, I'm almost 6 foot tall and weigh 13 stone, and I'm not too bothered about my actual weight but my anti-masculine shape (wide hips, weak shoulders, getting quite a belly). I was wondering if any of you know the best way to combat this. My diet is quite poor - too unprepared to cook => takeaways often; sweettooth => eat a fair amount of sweet things.
I do quite like the food that I eat (although I know it's bad!), and am more prepared to do physical activities but could cut out the shite if neccesary. So what do you think? Would a 20 minute jog every day reverse the ballooning process?
