Sorry to disappoint but the Gold package doesn't come with the Raising the Bar book. It comes with the full strat guide, but the other is sold seperately. (I'm not disappointed, they actually mentioned this some time ago. I'll just buy it over Amazon later).

no the gold edition doesnt include the game he as preloaded the game the stuff he has received is just the rest of the gold stuff like t-shirt ect CE edition (retail) has the discs

It's a real nice hat. Port Authority brand. The logo is thick and reflective, material is heavy and durable, and it has an adjustable velcro strap on the back.

Nah, these guys are right. You get a hat instead of the T-shirt with the Gold package. We've known for quite a while. Says right on the Steam buying options.
