Had a good BF2 day?

That was one of the best games I've had in a while. Myself, Skeletor, and Evo (as well as a couple random dudes) in a squad, owning shit. It was great :D
 
Was a laugh indeed, thought in that round my unlocks hadn't come thorugh so was struggling with stock weapons D:

I had a beast of a round as a medic of all things on Cleansweep just before - I hate the G36e but damn it kills people dead :)
 
I just played half of a match on Mashtarr. I was doing awfully too, I'm just not the flag-ninja that I used to be :(
 
Mashtuur relies heavily on your teammates, if they suck and lose tank spawn then it's GG you.
 
Every time I start a round on Mashtuur, I keep thinking of Metallica's Master of Puppets.

Today was a good day to for BF2. Started out on the Chinese team on Wake Island 2007 and the first thing that crossed my mind was the attack chopper I saddled up in the gunner position while the other flew around the island. The USMC managed to rape the North Village at the beginning so we headed there. Once we reached it I parachuted down and raped 2 bastards in a tank and recaptured the North Village outpost. The guy was waiting for me near the beach where I jumped in and we headed toward the carrier and raped the shit out of some guys. Skip forward in time and the USMC is raping us. Heading to the North Village AGAIN one of my teammates gets killed. I reach him and revive him only to have someone else start shooting me. Thankfully his aim sucked and I owned him with the Defribulator. In that round I was given the Basic Medic Badge and promoted to Corporal. The chopper can be great fun when you have a good pilot and teammate.

I was Wake island yesterday and the chopper was free at the start of the round, so i thought i'd jump in. Some other guy was running towards it when i got in and for some reason i decided to gun instead of fly (which i never do...)
Well... I wish now that i had gun more often. I owned the USMC team to hell. Every blackhawk and attack chopper that approached got a tv missle in the face. Any boat gun riddled with bullets and any lone soldiers which bailed got their asses handed them them :p The USMC captured one flag at the start of the round, once we got it back they never capped another. Was awesome. I have a score of like 60(global) so about 30 kills to 2 deaths. Shame i lost connection before the round ended and i didnt get my rewards :(

Damn that sucks dude. Try reconnecting to the server and playing a while. Same thing happened to me and it gave me my awards after a while.

I just played the most amazing battle on Sharqi Peninsula ever. Definetly one of the most fun times I've had in the game, and I racked up a lot of kills sniping :D
 
Pfff.. the best fun on sharqi is in a heli :p
 
Bah, screw that. Spawn as medic (if you're MEC) or support (if you have the PKM) and absolutely dominate the infantry. That level's perfect for it- it's super-hectic and superbly fun.
 
Me and this one guy on the 256 server were having a solo tv missle war. He'd fire a TV missle, I'd dodge, he'd jump back in cockpit, I'd fire my TV missle, he'd doge. We'd exchange until one died, or one of us crashed into something. Quite a fun 20 minutes.
 
Found out how to do the Hotel trick in karkand yesterday. I can't believe they haven't patched that yet.
I don't know what was more fun, having multiple threats of screenies and EA banning us, or mowing them down as they tried to climb the ladder while friendly members of the opposite side crouched next to us in a mutual ceasefire, mowing down my teammates as they too tried to drive a truck of the roof.

Had some crazy action on Sharqui yesterday. At one point I had 18 kills to two deaths.
The MG36 is great! Kill after kill I racked up, and if I died I just got revived by my medic squadmates, if I got wounded I just got healed, they got ammo in return. Some guy with a pistol was shooting at me when I was climbing up a ladder, jumped down, went prone and killed him, climbed up the ladder and knifed a sniper, grenaded another guy from the roof, jumped down, killed an entire squad of three with a nade on another roof, then captured the City Entrance point.
You dont need to be in a chopper to have fun on Sharqui...

Besides, i'm all BF2'd out now and just waiting for 2142...

Played with some Hool, had a ball...even though the team we were on was a bunch of retarded sissy-ninnies. We rarely ever got a flag besides our default one. And to think me and him were at the top of the server most of the time, was REAL sad. NOW SOME MASHTURD PICS!

Had an excellent day today. Didnt know how good a Battlefield 2 game could be when you are in a co-ordinated squad of randoms on a public server. Actually made the USMC win a couple of times on Wake, and the last game i got over 100 points as a ground pounder.
So yeah, it was a good day.
 
I agree, BF2 is still great. I've been playing it loads lately, but I have yet to get a game going with a bunch of HL2.net people this week.

had an ok day - love the rounds where the pilot and gunner are just flying death :)
 
I though I'd give a try a couple of days ago, but there were only two servers running on my version, and the update didn't work, so I gave it up again. Maybe I'll try again in 6 months or something.

Just had an awesome round on Sharqi as MEC with the AK-101 Medic kit :D

Got 150 points to finish, 30 kills, 90 teamwork..and about 10 knife kills i think, almost all on clan members >: D

Great stuff, best round for weeks
