Agreed. Donkey Kong 64 was one of the last great 3d platformers on the N64 (and on any system really).
 
Shit I accidently fell asleep for 4 hours in the afternoon, after spending 5 hours at a mate's place abusing/swearing/scaring people on MSN.

Oh, and there was the actual party that started at 6pm last night, too.
 
Im in a pickle.

I could apply for a job and probably get it at this game developer in Louisiana. Problem is that they would most certainly want me to move out there very soon, because two of my close friends just got hired there on friday, and they need to move there by wednesday (ones in Missouri, another in Pennsylvania).

My friend said they were still looking for one more person, so I could apply and probably get the job, but they'd want me to move out there by the end of the week or maybe next week. Problem is ive been planing to move back home, in Connecticut. My dads coming down on the 7th (next Wednesday) to help me pack all my stuff in my car and then drive back to connecticut. Hes already got the plane ticket to come down. So what I could do is have him cancel all that, pack everything myself and drive there myself (13 hour drive). Then I could actually be there by the end of the week.

However, it kind of sucks because I havent seen my family besides my dad in a while. I know my mom would be really sad. Plus all my CT friends were planning on hanging out, and I havent seen some of them in years. So all that would go to shit. I could do the move, and get a flight to CT when im settled and making monies, but it would be for a weekend at best. Still kinda lame.

Alternatively, if they (the game company) dont mind me taking like 3 weeks to get there, which i doubt, then I could drive the 19 hours to Connecticut with my dad, do stuff there for a few days, and then make the 24 hour drive to Louisiana from home.


tl:dr Version: I have a chance to work at a game company with two of my best friends, but it would mess up plans ive been making for over a month now.


shit shit shit. I'll have a talk with my dad and see what he thinks.
