Yea, that map is in the leak but in the leak it was far from finished, it has been upgraded alot, it is one of the more impressive maps in the leak because of the layout, it is a small cliff over the ocean with a few houses right next to a freeway that curves along the coastline and across a bridge which can be seen in the background if you look closely
This doesnt really reveal anything from the leak since you can see pretty much everything i talked about if you look closely at the pic
