New CSS content isn't a surprise, it's progress.

It's not going to be DOD:S (because that only comes free with the Silver package and up), or TF2 (purchase), therefore it will either be update to CS:S (but would not be surprise) or some additional HL2 content. This is because they state it's for the community, therefore it would need to be free (CS:S does come with all copies of HL2).

1.Half Life 2 Multiplayer :E (I Doubt it though )
2.Leaked version of Half Life 2 (First is more likely to happen)
3.Half Life 3 Preview

I don't think it will be CS:S for the simple reason they have already said they were updating and have a date for it
