It wouldnt be all humans, just most. And since most people are dead, the few surviving would finally be happy. I welcome nuclear fallout. It will save the race and the earth.

Pffft. How would you know... last i checked, we havent had a nuclear fall-out yet. And thats probably only if every nuke everyone had was launched. That wouldnt happen because A: it would be over kill, and people know it. B: a shitload of them would probably fail to launch. and C: because god would let only enough be launched to kill the majority of us, and not the entire race. It will be a noahs arc if you will.
