Hmmm I beat almost every game I own but there are a few that just turn out bad and I dont finish for some reason, most games I havn't beaten just because I borrowed or rented them and didn't have enough time.

Earthbound(i've beaten the first half about 3-4 times but never manage to beat it...I don't own it though)
Final Fantasy 2(never even played it, but want to desperately...just not on an emulator)

Same thing I did! Got to River, was on realistic, realized it was a huge waste of time and I wanted to commit suicide by having to reload the last checkpoint if I got shot once.

Final Fantasy 3, 8 and 10 (lost interest; battle system pissed me off; don't own it but played through most of it on a friend's system)
Chrono Trigger (lost savegame... was very far in)
Tales Of Phantasia (lost interest, great game, but VERY repetitive battle system)
Disruptor (old PSX game, could never complete the last boss on hard without cheats)
GTA3 and VC (Still playing VC, getting too caught up in just goofing off)
Diablo 2: LOD (never got a character past Nightmare/lvl60 odd)

Probably a whole lot more, but that's what comes to mind.
