Gears of War - 8/10
Saints Row - 7/10
Final Fantasy V - 8/10
Company of Heroes - 10/10
Dawn of War: Dark Crusade: 8/10

Enchanted Arms - *yawn*/10

Rented and played for about half an hour before giving up. Even after I stopped following the (HORRIBLE) dialog and just skipped it all, it still took forever to get anywhere. Fight system looked like it could get deep (and maybe even interesting) after awhile, but it just wasn't worth the effort to find out...

Bregade E5: New Jagged Union: 6/10.

Best tactical combat system ever. Weapon models are spot on. However, voice acting is poor (especially in comparison with the Jagged Alliance series), English translation is not perfect, story line is rather lacking, and the graphics clearly show that its a 2 year old Russian game.

Its great if you want a realistic tactical combat game with RPG elements in the vien of Jagged Alliance or X-COM, but if you want well rounded game I'd still say that JA2 is the king. But, if (when) they get JA3 on a newer graphics engine and this combat system, it will be the dogs b*llocks so to speak.

Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast - 8/10
Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy - 8.5/10

Never really gave this game a whole bunch of attention. I got it a while back, played it, thought it was good.
But since I've gotten my new computer, it's like a whole new game. My heck it's beautiful sometimes, creepy too!
8/10

Super Mario World - 9.7

A few of the levels really suck, or are just plain frustrating, and the replayability is a bit light. But this game has everything a great platformer needs, except for maybe ropes. Star Road ftmfw.

I jsut replayed SW: KoToR.
11/10
I must say.. Replaying it after its been out for 3 years, and I have matured even more to figure out the hard parts.. usually the lawyer parts..
Although it would have been cool with more endings, it was quite probably the greatest game I have ever played.
Even better than *cough* HL2 *cough*
But thats jsut my opinion. It uses the D20 system: Although you cant really see it from just fighting.
I just love having +34 attack modifier. Their defences is proboably like.. 20-25 defence.
Instant hit. Yay.
I loved gaining Cart's trust.. and then turning on him. I was all, "You frikin should have saw this coming.."
And I love it when my personaly respine, (before the chat choices come up) are there. Its just great.. and the noobs who think the can PWN me but I PWN them and their friends are all "OH DEAR HUTT NO!!!"

Condemned: Criminal Origins 8/10

Condemned: Criminal Origins allows to experience the unnatural, as u will track down serial killers and bring them to justice. Play as Ethan Thomas, an FBI agent in the Serial Crimes Unit (SCU), whose pursuit of relentless serial killers leads him through detailed urban environments filled with sociopaths who lurk on the edge of humanity. Condemned maintains an intense, focused pace -- Players can never be sure what waits around each corner.

Blade Runner: 10/10

One of the most climatic cyberpunk and neo-noir titles, a beautiful tie-in with the film.

And Acepilot, if you say KOTOR deserves 11/10, then what should KOTOR II get? It's decidedly darker, more beautiful, more serious, better developed and actually gives you dillemas and lessons.

Doom 3
---------
One of the best games Ive played. Very dark and atmospheric, and gripping when it comes to the action. I was completely hooked to this one and would stay up nights playing it.
9/10

Doom 3 : Resurrection of Evil
-----------------------------
A short continuation of D3, cool new weapons and monsters. Though it didnt impress me as much as D3.
8/10

Mortal Kombat: Tournament Edition
---------------------------------
I have this on my GBA. Really addicitive fighting game, with plenty of stuff to unlock and discover.
8/10

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City

9/10

Perfect atmosphere, well balenced, and just all-round fun.

I'm just about done playing it, I'm on Malachor fighting through hordes of Dark Jedi.

I'd give it a 9/10, so many bugs in it... detracts from the experience occasionally.
If it was worked on some more it'd definitely rank higher than KOTOR1.

Agreed - KOTOR 2 felt rather rushed to me.

Gears of War - 9/10. The most complete game i've played in ages.

It looks stunning, sounds amazing, and plays like nothing else. The single player game is solid, both in challenge and gameplay, and playing it in co-op is as fun as it sounds. I didn't think it could get much better untill jumping onto Live and playing multiplayer. As good as GoW is in single player/co-op, multiplayer just blows it away. It's breathtaking - deeper and more team focussed than anything i've played in a good while, all while being disgustingly visceral and gruesome as hell.

Regularly GoW makes me squeal like a little girl - be it from taking someone's head of with a shotgun up close, or by keeping a team pinned down behind a wall while a friend sneaks up behind them with a bag full of chainsaw death. Seeing blood spraying over said wall to the sound of your teammates demented cackle makes the world seem alright :)

Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast - 8/10
Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy - 8.5/10

What? Seriously? No way! I thought Jedi Outcast was much, much better. I thought Academy was just a quick sequel with new innovative (not) ideas. Very slapstick IMO.

KOTOR 2 was so much better than KOTOR 1.

I actually never got around to playing it, which is weird because I LOVED KOTOR.

Company of Heroes- 9/10. I'm having a blast with it, I just wish more people played it online :(

Gears of War - so close to 10/10 :p ok... 9/10 - Amazing game. Enjoying every bit of it.

Gears of War

9/10. It's justification for the 1080p telly I just bought. Great game, intense action. Ends rather abruptly however.

Kameo

8/10. A zelda wannabe from Rare that's fun enough. However the main game ends with lots of plot left unanswered and inorder to play the game in the hardest diff you have to pay for a powerpack. The game looks truely amazing with lots going on the screen at all times. However compared to the master (Zelda) it still has a lot to learn. Now this rate might sound overly negative but I really did enjoy the game a lot.

Call of Duty 3 - 7.5/10
A nice continuation of the franchise. Nothing spectacularly new but the single player is far more entertaining than CoD2 atleast. The multiplayer looks excellent, if only I could get it working.

KOTOR 2 was so much better than KOTOR 1.

It has a great story so far, but according to everyone I should be expecting a stupid ending?
I already think it's ridiculous that I have to fight through all these Dark Jedi just to get to some easily defeatable 'bosses'.
Nihilus was way too easy to kill, so I have low expectations for Sion and Traya.

Yes, the final level is all kinds of shit. Blame Lucasarts for that one.

Resident Evil 4 - 8/10 Much better than the previous Resident Evils witht he bungling zombies which took 3 hours to reach you before they could damage you. Chainsaw guy is pretty scary when he runs up at you while youre not expecting it. Regenerators are THE scariest. You hear their distorted breathing just around the corner, you wait for 10 mins for it to come to you, nothing comes.....you step round the corner..........GRAAAAAAA the bastard rips you apart.....scary as shiz

Advance Wars 2 - 7/10 Very good game, a challenging campaign mode with an intelligent AI that can see what you are trying to do before you get a chance to do it, you need a good level of intelligence for this game. The custom maps and battles can keep you entertained all night (trust me ive done two full nights of just playing this game before)

Half Life 1 - 9/10 The best fps ive ever played. In some respects i think it's better than HL2. It doesnt have the scare effects of HL2 but HL1 doesnt have screaming zombie infested towns with realistic graphics. HL1 kept me playing longer than HL2. HL1 took me about 1 & 1/2 weeks to complete whereas HL2 took only a few days

Deus Ex: Invisible War - 10/10 I love the ragdoll pyshics and the fact you can pick up your fallen enemy's bodies and chuck them into rubbish bins, disrespectively. Also its the first game ive ever seen that allows you to kill human children. I know this sounds wrong, but i had fun going throughout that school in Cairo and slaughtering everyone....=D The storyline is amazing. I love the way the coffee wars submission was similar to the main mission. I killed an international popstar!!!! Take that NG Resonance!!!! I also love the many choices you can have with the storyline. The replay value is amazing

Command & Conquer: Tiberian Dawn

12/10

One of the most bloody and demanding games I've played (and I'm good at RTS), definitely not for people who can't think fast (eg. console kiddies ;))

And as for KotOR II, expect a fantastic ending, in the vein of Fallout. And believe me, while Nihilus was easy (because he couldn't consume you, remember, you're a goddamn void!) Sion and Traya... well, the first seems a simple brute force match, while the second... well, see for yourself why I call her the paper shredder.

As for the rushed part... there is a KotOR Restoration Project going on, as I can remember, featuring for instance the cut planet, HK-47 on Malachor or duels between.... no, I'm not going to spoil it.

Oh, and did you hit on Brianna?

I'm playing with a female character, I'd rather stare at a chick's ass while playing the game. :p
I've made my entire party hateful bastards pretty much.

I usually prefer a bearded male Jedi Guardian who later takes on the path of Jedi Watchman (and I can pimp my armours, weapons, sabers with my skills and manufacture things to sell for loads of bling-bling!). Besides, nothing beats convos between Atton and Brianna and later Brianna massacring her sisters wearing a dark Jedi robe...

Plus, she looks awesome.

Doom 3
7/10

And amazing engine and painstaking attention to detail amidst a very mediocre shooter. If only a few things were done different Doom 3 could've been a landmark game, not just a noteworthy technical achievement. So far, the pea-shooter weapons, disintregating enemies, and deathmatch-esque gameplay are irritating me the most.

Call of Duty 2
8.5/10

Call of Duty 2 is intense and highly taxing. I don't think I've every played a game with sound quite as good, either. The problem, however, is the pacing. You never get a break, and the gameplay, although satisfying, quickly becomes routine. Excellent in bursts.

Dungeon Siege 2
9/10

The best hack-n-slash game since Diablo II. Great multiplayer. Great singleplayer.

Serious Sam 2
6/10

The gameplay is a step down from the first two games. Three points were added for the decent engine.

Wii Sports - It's hard to fully judge this game as i've only played it on my own. So far it's much better than I thought it'd be and can't wait for some 4 player action. Tennis is excellent.

Zelda TP - After watching the intro and running around for 10 minutes I decided to pack Zelda away untill I can source a component cable and devote a decent amount of time to it (moving flat and am up to my ears in boxes). I can tell that the magic is there - the intro music, the little grunts Link makes as he rolls about, it's all good, and very 'Zelda' :)

Rainbow Six: Vegas - Meeeh-heh-heh/10
Just hired, only played it for a bit, but I really can't go on. Everything's just so bloody underwhelming. Besides a few things, I'm really not sure if it's just the quality of the game, or the fact that everything else seems boring after Gears of War :x

Blah, I enjoyed the demo too... and I'm a fan of the series so I wanted this to be good. Maybe I'll enjoy it more on PC with keyboard+mouse, I found the controls pretty sluggish and unresponsive compared to other 360 shooters.

Call of Duty 3 - 8/10
First COD I've ever played, I enjoyed it.

Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - 6/10
What the f*ck did people see in this game?

Tony Hawk's Project 8: 6.5/10

Starship Troopers - 6.8/10...
It wasn't as horrible as I thought it'd be, ran fairly well... it was fun killing all those bugs.
Guns all sounded weak as shit, AI was pretty stupid(they get caught in walls and the like.), multiplayer... can't say as it's dead, graphics are mediocre but get the job done.
But in the end, it wouldn't have been worth it if I bought it at full price... managed to get it for $5.
