also I'm not exaggerating, this is the funniest movie I've seen since Superbad a year or two ago.

I must be one of the few in our demographic that didn't think Superbad was anything more than a "good" summer comedy.

I think Superbad is funny to many here because for many of us (being nerds) the situation they were in was one that we are/did face in real life.

Agreed.

Avatar: Sonzin's Comet - 8/10
Great finale. Not perfect but I still loved it.

Goldeneye - 9/10

Certainly one of the best Bonds, the tank chase through St. Petersbourg was hilarious.

I thought everything up to the random parties were all fairly realistic depictions of my high school life and as such, everything before the parties were hilarious.(including the cops)
My parties consisted of playing beer pong and blazing while listening to music. :(

Evan Almighty - 6/10...
Stupid, light-hearted with a couple of chuckles... but in the end, it was just stupid, I hate Steve Carell.

The Man Who Knew Too Little - 6/10
Decent film. My friend recommended it but it's not nearly as good as he said.

Crash - wtf/10

I mean the 1996 film, not the 2004 one.

Wow...just....wow.

Jarhead - 8/10 - Not what I expected really, I expected a lot of action like most other war films. But I still enjoyed it a lot, goes to show what war can do to people and their lives :(

Indy 4 - A very unsure 7.9/10

I'm not sure if it was the dodgy copy I was watching, but I had a lot of trouble getting into the right frame of mind for this.
I'm an Indy fan, and this one seemed to have all the right ingredients, but I just wasn't getting into the flow, I think the reason was the dodgy copy I was watching.
I actually like the idea for the ending, and don't think it's out of place in a world where Indy has seen Ghosts, witnessed Voodoo, found the cup of Christ (that is more unbelievable to me than
aliens
) and watched a plane fly through a tunnel with no wings complete with about to die comedy pilot, so I can take all the over the top this film has to through at me.

I'll watch it again when the DVD comes out, and I'm sure I'll enjoy it alot more.

You're just lying to yourself if you give it anything higher than a 0. :|
The special effects were completely overdone and none of the actors gave it their all... and everything just flowed very poorly.
Everything in the other Indies were alot more plausible than the shit this 'movie' threw at us.

That's the line that made that statement nonsense, of course it deserves more than a 0.

The effects where fine, the only bit SFX wise that bothered was the vine swinging the rest was pretty much what you get nowadays.

Seems to me that because it didn't live up to the old ones for you, you've completely gone over the top in your rating of it.

Like I said, I find any aspect of religion far more far fetched than
extraterrestrial life
.

After my friend saw Indy 4 he called me and said it kicked Ironmans ass. I punched him through the phone.

Tank Girl - WTF (or 8.0)/10

Seriously, I have no idea what to rate it just cause its so weird. I liked it though, so I recommend watching it

I never understand why people blame the actors. The director decides if he likes it or not, if he likes it, they keep acting how the director wants them to act, if he doesn't like it, they act how he wants them to act. Blame the director.

Because sometimes there's nothing wrong with the script, the director and all the actors are fine EXCEPT one of them is terrible.
Watch the DOOM Movie - the Rock is terrible actor. All he does is rolling his eyes and showing his muscles. His face is made of rock, and there's nothing good about it.He can't act normally,he needs action.Or comedy.
A good actor would never act bad: even with a terrible script and an idiotic director a good actor can create an impressive character.

I blame both.
Harrison Ford was basically giving me the vibe of(I'm really not enjoying this.) throughout the entire movie and Karen Allen was just... no.
Cate Blanchett was alright, Shia was okay... but the vine swinging crap was probably stupidest thing I've seen on the big screen.
If the movie had come out maybe 10/15 years ago, it would've been better... before George Lucas started ****ing things up.

I never got that from either Harry or Karen, I will admit it wasn't the same as their performances in Raiders, but they are a lot older now, things change in actors over time.

I agree with the vines, that should be changed for the DVD (if only).
I'll enjoy it alot more on a real DVD as well, not some shitty VHS full screen screener that I have seen it for the first time.

I'll probably be buying it on DVD too, just because I'm one those people needs to complete collections.

I certainly won't be buying it! Unless it comes in a Blu-ray boxset. In that case there will be a new blue coloured drinks coaster in my flat.

Embarrassingly poor plot, acting, and absolutely none of the mystery, suspense and humour found in the previous movies. Crock. Of. Shit.

Hell, borrow it from a friend when it hits DVD. Not everyone thought it worthy of immense amounts of hate.

Crocodile Dundee - 8/10

Childhood favourite. Knocking out muggers with a can of soup is epic.

The Dark Knight - 10/10

Oh god, so fuucking awesome. Best movie in the entire series, counting the originals, and seriously awesome. Awesome. ****ing Awesome. You can't say this too many times; Awesome.

The Joker was the best, imo. Well played.

The Dark Knight 10/10

Best batman film ever.
Best batman ever.
Best Joker EVER!!
One of the best films i've ever seen :)

Son Of Rambow - 7/10

Why these ads for these films say that they are "the best british comedy since Hot Fuzz" I don't know, it's never true.

The Lost Boys 2 - 3/10

The only reason to watch would be Feldman, but even he wasn't in it long.

Pineapple Express - 9/10

I found it very amusing. I think Superbad is overrated.

I just lost about five out of six pieces of baggage on The Darjeeling Limited.

If you enjoy quirky rides ripe with symbolism and meaning then this is your train.

I Am Legend - 5/10

I haven't read the book (I would like to) but this felt pretty bad. I'd like to of enjoyed it, and I could see myself enjoying it because I like the prospect of city vacant of any human life save for, y'know, millions of monsters but when the creatures are niether scary nor interesting to look at or be worried about then the content just becomes very trudging.
