This seems to be the last of the preload though. I mean if it's loading up 20% of the files and the preload showed that we had 80% of the game already, surely this means that we now have it ALL and that they will announce gold soon, meaning that they will give us the last 5-10 megs of dll's and exe's to run it?

We don't NEED to preload HL: Source to get HL2 But it would be nice for it to be preloaded also.

does this mean the people who didn't purchase a Bronze, Silver, or Gold package can play? I hope so, I want to see what Source can do.

We have maps, textures, sounds, models, and "base source shared" as well. Hopefully this is all there is.

i mean it is downloading ALL the maps...

in halflife....when it saud "loading" which was alot. that always meant it was going to the next part of the map.

now halflife2 is BIG and 3d sky box's and so on and alot better graphics/quality so WOW
