were the six-month requirements in effect like thirty years ago? I dunno. And yeah, I'm a boy scout. Not necessarily a very good one, but a boy scout. I got first class at age thirteen or fourteen and stayed there, though I was ASPL and later SPL. I didn't need to unlock achievements to show I could handle it :/
