For the solar sytem ok i guess i'm not married to it but it seems probable but for the universe, which is something different, i dont know.
 
I don't think we will ever find out how the universe was created, but explaining it by saying some all-powerful entity just made it doesn't make sense, and is a primitive and lazy approach.
 
Well heres questions for both sides

Christians:If there was a god and he was here forever why couldn't he create this planet 58.8 trillion years ago instead of 58.8 billion or why not father than that like 58.8 guzzlian years.

Atheist:If there was a big bang then where did the so called "bubble" that started the big bang come from?That basically just like saying there was a god who has been here forever.
 
There are some questions we just can't answer so jsut say you dont know instead of jumping to conclusions that can end up killing people.
 
By bubble I suppose you mean the point at which all the matter in the universe was contained? I don't really think the Big Bang theory makes much sense either, as it still doesn't really explain how it all began, because as you said there had to be something before the Big Bang. The way I see it though, is that there is no evidence whatsoever of there being a God and so I am of the opinion that there isn't one. Anything is possible though, and there could be a God, but it's unlikely.

What games you think Earth was created 58.8 billion years ago? What makes you think it was God? God pretty much created the Universe, then Earth came along...
 
NO ONE CAN PROVE THERE IS A GOD.I believe that there probally is a god but not like any of the religons on this planet relate to.Because christians god is pretty stupid.He is so powerful yet when he created humans he knew they was going to take a bite out of the apple tree.Why would he put that tree there in the first place?So it's basically his fault that we are born sinners.Also why did he create evil when he knew it was bad?Why did he create hell and sent the devil down there when he could have killed him?Now some christians believe that satan actually kinda works for god because basically he helps decied who goes to hell.

You please just sshh. Ok i think you guys got the big bang theory wrong. You see its theorized that w all are mad eup of star dust the big bang is really exploding stars which obviously left behind a lot of star dust.Now all this swirlig star dust made the solar system and such thats the big bang theory over simplified of course.

Take that back! The fact that the Christian God is stupid. I respect the fact that people can prove there is or isn't a God, but you can't say it's stupid..

Wrong, well partly wrong what happend is a bubble formed and created 2 molecules and those created more molecules and those created space dust and they started to baiscally collide with each other starting to form big chunks of space rocks and they collided to create planets.

You just don't get the point of religion, i know i'm agnostic but i atleast see omse points in religion i don't agree with msot of them but i do see them.

There was no "bubble" the space dust is star dust from stars that exploded long ago. How can you say what you just said there is no bang whatsoever in what you said and its called the big bang theory for a reason.
 
I find it strange that people live their lives for a God who is obviously very sadistic. Apparently, this all-knowing being sends people to an eternity of misery for not worshiping him and for sinning? I thought God was supposed to be a sympathetic figure, not one who makes people suffer in eternal damnation. It is blatantly obvious that Heaven and Hell are used by Christians to convince others to follow their religion out of fear.

Tr0n, I may be atheist but that does not mean I believe in the Big Bang theory. As I already stated, I don't think it makes sense. Our human minds cannot comprehend the origins of existence or what happens after death, it's pointless to try. This is why we came up with religion; it makes things easier and gives us all the answers.
