Listen - Moore makes a pseudo-documentary based upon facts. Like someone said, it is similar to an Editorial (op-ed) piece you will see in a newspaper.

This doesn't just mean he slapdash throws some stuff together. He researches, gets the facts, then he presents them in a way that advances his argument.
