Don't do a random vehicle huge city map thing, actually have a theme. So yes combine planet would work, but I think something more industrial would be easier.

You can just delete all the objects on the mech under 'medium mech default build 2' that you don't want on the gun, it doesn't matter that it still is considered to be part of the group, because the gun would be the only thing in the group. I think.

PHP doesn't affect a websites design, thats mostly HTML and CSS. Oh and great mod btw, can't wait for it!
