If you want to play past the ending of the game then you will either have to download the mod (assuming you played on PC) or buy the newest DLC. But I too agree, bad ending for a RPG game.

Go to new game and pick the chapter you want to start at. Unless you mean that you want to delete your saved games, then you'll have to go into the game folder and delete them there.
