If you edit a file you can get that icon to show up, under a "Title" that says Media. Its in the Games section thing. I had it on, but with the new patch it reverted back.

People talking about size of the game when its installed doesn't at all mean how many CD's the game will be... WC3 was one CD, and its Expansion 1 CD... it had divx... videos so not so big, but multiple videos, and many long campaigns... The number of CD's depends on how they can compress the...

It will do that. But it takes longer for steam to check for it. It checks for updates right when you start it up always.

Right click on the Steam icon in the system tray, go to where it says monitor.

Yeah the patch that game out hours ago... Steam only updates after you close, and re-open it. And I think they will patch steam to add the media section into the platform thing.

Yeah I was downloading all of HL earlier because so far CS was the only thing I was playing over steam I wanted to check out HL... I was getting it at like 700K/s

I think Doom 3 is being optimized for the nVidia cards... give id enough money they will do what you ask them.... Its a stupid thing companies do to compete. I too bought a 9800 Pro. Over nVidia. Because nVidia went down the pooper. :p
