Actual real papers and no national news websites? Well...
Denver Post
Westword
Rocky Mountain News
Also, the real The Onion :D I like that version better, it has a ton more stuff.
Other than that, I read a whole lot of online stuff and not a lot of paper ones.
Actually, I live in Denver. Yeah, a lot of us weren't happy with that article. I think the best proof is to take a look around the temps across the good ol' US and the world and see people aren't exactly dropping in the streets from contentment.
It just seems so strange sometimes though. If you don't like someone in another business you go to their manager, make a huge scene, and hope that their lives are crushed forever through your efforts. If you don't like a server, you don't give them money. 0_o
I usually tip unless if the service is just horrible. I consider it a customary part of what I'm paying and don't think about it. Except for when I went to Old Chicago's a couple weeks ago, and that lazy bitch didn't get a goddammed thing.
Hem.
Yeah, I would say tax them, but only if there is...
Then you're not even trying!
On topic, I don't really have any advice other than room it up with some people. I've probably been fortunate that I've always gotten along with my roomies. Makes things a lot easier.
Yeah. I lost my cat for a few days and was in a terrible place until a neighbor found her. I really hope your parrot comes back. It sucks to lose a pet.
