I think there are two universal truths that must be recognized before you can attempt to "land" a girlfriend.
First off, women in general have no clue what they want. They might say they do, and they might even have a vague sense of what they think they should want, but on a deeper level...
Garry told me how he did it, but it's still rudimentary. You can't get far depth of field, it only blurs things in the distance. Doesn't work the other way around. But we brainstormed a bit today to figure out how to use the LOD code to have adjustable depth of field.
At the moment, I'm stuck on walk and run for player speeds. If I need to, I'll just edit their speeds in the source code.
But more importantly than that, the demoui functions have been fixed, and everything works properly for me now, besides the occasional crash.

It certainly does. I'm still trying to figure out how he does it. I've been spending more time on my dolly/crane vehicle for smooth controlled shots, and FOV. It's very nice though.
A few years back, my friends and I had a time we called "Brutal Honesty Hour". During this time, usually late at night, as it is now, we tolerated no B.S., no melodrama, and said exactly what we thought. Mostly we were just young and intoxicated, but it was an interesting experiment.

With such creative minds at work on this project, I just don't see why the project couldn't come up with thier own world to work from.
I guess that's my only issue with things. Otherwise things look great.
Some people were having problems if they had their game configuration set wrong when going into hammer. Make sure it's set to the game you are actually working on, otherwise, VRAD doesn't work correctly to compile lighting.
