They review the games based on games that are available at that current time. Of course after 6 years the AI and graphics etc. are going to get better. If they reviewed games like that then every game after pong would be getting a 10 out of 10.

I can't remember if this is right or not, but don't the 6800 series cards require a larger than standard power supply? If that's right then your card just might not be getting enough power to function correctly.
