I would deffinately look into a Wacom, although I have one of the smaller less exspensive ones I have never been disappointed by it. I do suggest getting the bigest size you think you'll need and can afford. That's the only thing I regret is buying one with such a small surface.

The best thing I can suggest is to read the documentation for each mod to get a better understanding of how each is set up. Aside from that playing them can explain allot, even if done on your own server alone you can get an idea. Oh yeah *Newton points and laughs* Welcome to the forums...

Can't say he wouldn't deserve it, that could just be the first time he was caught on tape doing something like that. Who knows home many other times he's done that or something like it.
