I don't ever remember hearing that Bush tried to connect Iraq to 9/11. The only connection that I could see made, was probably taken out of context by those who feel Bushed lied to go to war with Iraq. I was under the assumption that Al Queda was responsible, which was why we were in Afghanistan...
What about Britian, Denmark, Australia, and the other countries who provided troops and supplies to the Iraq war effort? Should their leaders be impeached as well? Do you honestly think Bush single handedly invaded Iraq with no support or evidence what-so-ever? He recieved information from his...
Some of you guys make it out like re-electing Bush has started the apocolypse. Not everything the man has done is completely horrible. He has benefited this country, otherwise more than half of the votes wouldn't have gone his way. Here's some examples:
1. Turned a post 9/11 recession around...
I pesonally feel that reguardless of who won or lost, our country desperately needs to rally around its leaders and work together to improve our country. Sitting around being ashamed of your country and telling more than half of the citizens (voters) that they are "redneck morons" isn't going to...
Then maybe our definitions of flaming vary greatly. I also don't understand where you get the nerve to tell me to calm down and shutup. First off, I'm not upset or coming off as beligerant in any of my posts. Second of all, and most importantly, I have a right to voice my opinion just as much as...
If you're suggesting that I was flaming anyone, you misinturpretted my post. All I've heard about this election is that anyone who voted for Bush was a complete moron. They are uneducated, rednecks with their heads in their asses. My only point was by that logic, the other half of the country is...
Oh the irony. Suddenly 51% of Americans are ignorant, uneducated rednecks. Oh but wait, 49% of Americans are equally as ignorant and uneducated. We could do this all day. Arguing that a group of people are morons, uninformed, or brainwashed because they think differently than you is what gets...
Maybe that is true. From what I gathered off the HLCoder's list, it didn't seem like they were opening up the engine anymore than they did before. Maybe down the road, but it didn't appear to be like that from the start.
If they have evidence of you stealing, they have to show it to you. They can't coax a signed confession out of you. What I don't understand is that if you honestly didn't steal anything, why didn't you put up a fight? If you knew they had nothing on you, because you didn't steal anything, why...
I don't think you can change them, because in some of the missions you have to sneak and make as little noise as possible. You can't do that without an analog stick that allows you to move slowly, or very quickly, depending on how far you move the stick.
I think it's pretty obvious how people are going to vote on this one. Halo 2 is the most anticipated console title in years. Halo 2 has a history and a developed fanbase from the original Halo release. All we know about Killzone is that it's a PS2 exclusive to rival sales of Halo 2, but beyond a...
I don't think it'll be better graphics. It's not like it's a new engine that HL2 is running on. The water will look similar, the 3D skymaps function the same way, and they'll use both specular/bump mapping throughout the levels. I think the biggest difference will be in how much extra "stuff" is...
That's what it means in the States too. I pre-ordered it through EBGames, so once it is released I am guarenteed a copy just for me at the store. Basically prevents any risk of them selling out before you get your hands on a copy. And in some cases it allows me to get the game a day or two...
Apparently we like it for the same reasons you hate it. One man's trash is another man's treasure. To each his own. And all the other cliche phrases I can think of. Bottom line is, apparently they did something right considering how many copies Halo sold and how many pre-orders there are for...
