DooM III Leaked... already?

Im not watching that video... must resist. one more day (hopefuly unless they spin more shit)

plus I dont want any spoilers.. in fact I should get offline
 
Heh I know how you feel. The PCGamer review was the last thing I've seen, and even that has made me feel like I've spoiled too much.

And yeah, it's going to be absolutely amazing when we can get some co-op going.
 
Man, I finished watching the sec vid, and I must say this: The visual effect that this game has is unbeatable. Not even HL2 can come close. No way on this earth that HL2 can beat Doom3 visualy................:eek
 
yea that's been obvious for somewhat of a long time for me, doom3 is the standard for most action games, graphically that is

doom3mods2 doesn't have any spoilers if you've been keeping up with the coverage. I still wouldn't suggest watching it however, since I'm sure that no matter what you have seen thus far, you simply will not be ready for how good this game really does look. It was amazing. I was floored with it, and that's no lie.

Just do yourself a favor and wait a few days; you're in for a shock when you start up this bad boy :)

Wow nice videos and its not that big a spoiler it just shows a boss which I knew was gonna be in the game anyway. (the game looks amazing now)

And co-op seems to work, although there is a bug it would seem, that won't allow cutscenes to play with two people in the game.

I am downloading it, with 12 hours remaining. IF noone gets it by then, im not planning to play it, as i have already pre-ordered and its on its way, but just to see if its a legit install and playable.

What's all this about 12 days? I thought the worldwide release was 3rd August? I've preordered mine at EB and am expecting to pick it up tomorrow? Did I miss something about the release?
 
Nobody else post information about the warez (and wether or not you're downloading it).

However as my own opinion,
I fully support id software and intend to buy their game when it comes out. I don't like to see good games ruined by pirating, and that's what you guys are doing here. Stop doing this so id (one of the few indie companies left) gets their well-deserved money. You don't want this to happen to HL2; I don't want to see this happen to any game.

I am going to buy Doom 3 like every other id Software game since Wolfenstein 3D. Whether or not I'm going to download 1.71GB just to play it a couple of days earlier is the question that I'm trying to answer.

stupid game stores allowing their employees to take a copy home early so it can get warezed as soon as possible :(

The same thing happened to MP2 - and it lost a lot of sales, but then it was also SP only. People will eventually have to buy D3 if it's MP is pretty amazing (hopefully).

I'll keep it short:

I'm not a fan of Doom (in fact, this is the only one I've played), but... This game is fantastic. Buy. Buy it NOW.

I wonder if they'll make a bundle with all the Doom games in it, because I would sure as hell buy it. Even if they don't, I'm still buying this so I can stand tall and shout from the hill "Yes, I *bought* the game! Suck my elitest wiener, for this is the greatest game ever created!". This game both looks and plays fantasticly on a 2.8GHz P4, 9600 Pro with 1024DDR RAM. It's on high at 800x600 and utterly spanks the visuals seen in Farcry.

Although there aren't that many servers (obviously), the MP is old-skool and incredibly fun.

I erge you to go buy it.
 
you don't have to be a fan of shooters, or games in general, doom3 is one of the greatest peices of gaming i have ever played, please buy this game
