Well, these are f***ing insane looking. Probobly the most detailed yet. Very, very nice. This game is going to send the GameCube off with a bang and the Revolution off to a blazing start, depending on which route you choose. They are the newest screens in the link. dated 6/7/2006. Awesome. :smoking:

They're all from either magazines or the new trailers, but damn are they sweet. Wish they were a little larger, though.

Yeah...I did see a few of these before, but still worth noting for those that haven't. :) I'm with you though.....these screens are showing us something special. This game is gonna be great.

Could somebody clear something up for me...

Is this game for the Wii or the Gamecube? I'm so damn confused...

Both I believe. The Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii version will be a bit spiffier graphics-wise, plus it'll utilise the Wii-mote.

Nifty.

I'm honestly losing sight between the graphics for this game and some of the stuff I see on XBox 360. Atleast this game doesn't look like Plastic.

Yeah, this one can't come soon enough. I was going to buy a GC just for this a while back. Now I'll just wait for the Wii and get some extra pleasure out of my cash!!

This is going to be awesome. So glad it's a Wii launch title :D

whew.....the graphics look a lot better.....
Not that it would've mattered anyway ;)

I'm really surprised by the amount of people that like Nintendo here 0o .. most places or people i know are like "omgZ NintEndos Sux !11!1 our Ps2's Rox0r teh Big 1111!!!1!!" .. it's quite sad and annoying, so glad i've found people that actually like Nintendo ^_^

I truthfully never liked Nintendo. It was mostly kiddy stuff which will, no doubt, carry on to the Wii. But I'm falling more and more for the Wii compared to the 360 and PS3.

I thought they stated that they were going to be aiming more for their Adult side this time around but will still do the kiddy bits ?

I've been a little annoyed by some of nintendo's marketing descisions recentley, but I have always been a sucker for nintendo franchises. You always know that when a new zelda or mario game is released, its bound to be a very good game. I especially have faith in TP due to its ocirana of time-like looks and probably gameplay.

You would be suprised stuff like Mario is insanely addiciting.
Although thankfully Nintendo has attracted a lot more 3rd party attention with the Wii this time around so there will be a lot more variety of games.

I smell many "Game of the Year" awards coming from this.

Just thought I'd add that the Wii version of LOZ:TP is going to have 16:9 widescreen support.

Yeah...just occured to me that these screens are very, dare I say, Oblivionish. My hats off to the big "N'.

Oops, good point.

If anything, I hope they break away from the OoT format (go here, collect this, now you can enter here, now go here etc.) and make the game far more open ended. Probably not on the scale of Oblivion, but no sidekicks or constant messages badgering you.

I must say that Nintendo never really appealed to me, until I saw the E3 presentation. The controller movement for Zelda (bow/arrow) and some fps (red steel I guess) looked very good. This will surely lift up the entertainment factor for gamers.

What is the strongest point for the Zelda games in your opinion? I just need a little push to be totally convinced of the Wii

It's really hard to describe. I'll just say this, Zelda is one of few games that's able to put everything together with GREAT success with every entry in the series. The gameplay, puzzles, adventure, story....it's everything and it works. There's not been another game like it on the planet, ever.

For an idea of what I'm saying....grab an N64 emulator, assuming you don't have one, and grab an Ocarina of Time ROM, the best game of all time IMO, and just try it. If you've never played a Zelda game, you're definitly missing out on video game history.
