Rogue Galaxy (PS2) has a simple yet addicting synthesis system. You level up your weapons and then you can combine them to form new ones. There are tons of weapons and it's always fun to keep combining to cooler and cooler weapons.
I have yet to have a laggy match. No host migrations yet either. I also instantly find full matches whenever I click the playlist. I don't doubt that some people are having issues, but I think it has to do with your location and the relative connection strength of people playing in your area...
Anybody know when this is going to be unlocked or able to be activated? I've heard all PC copies are activated via Steam.
I know Steam is saying the it unlocks on the 12th, but is that just for Steam-bought copies or all PC versions?
Why would you want 20 minutes per round on S&D? That's WAY too long...
If there are afk players or campers that could mean almost 60 minutes per map...
I'm all for a challenge, but I rarely go out of my way to make the game harder for myself unless there's a good reason. I could get some of those satisfying fights by using a weapon that has nothing to do with my class or skills, but then what's the point of the classes?
I hear you about the...
He is pretty static but very powerful. I went pure sniper tree and I do a ton of damage with my sniper rifle. I'm on playthrough #2 and I still one-shot most of my enemies when I crit. I wish there were more skills that were worth getting though. The Bloodwing is very boring.
It was technically leaked but I hear it's unusable because it's a bad rip. I'm sure there will be other leaks coming soon. This happens with every 360 game like a week or so before release. Some places get their hands on copies of 360 games early and one copy manages to find its way to...
Weird. I didn't know you could get help for a boss fight from an NPC. Although I didn't find him hard without help. Just back away and move clockwise to dodge his attacks then lunge in with an R2 stab from my spear, wash, rinse, repeat.
Lesson One: You WILL die and lose lots of souls. Don't start over because of it.
Lesson Two: Keep your character well rounded. Going pure physical can probably work, but it's going to make some physical resistant guys annoying as hell if you don't have any magic to compensate. There are...
I alternated sniping the boss with a Sticky Compound Longbow +5 and stabbing whichever copy of her was nearest.
I either sniped those mages or rolled to the side to dodge their crazy electric-stun spells as I approached.
It took me just under 100 arrows. I did it from the 1st tower as the dragon makes passes torches the 1st walkway on that bridge. It was mindless enough to do while I was eating lunch one day :P
That'll get you the Purple Flame Shield - apparently one of the best shields in the game.
I sprinted past him and up the stairs immediately. I made it there fast enough to take cover from his 1st flying spear thing. After that you're pretty much protected as you make your circuit and kill all the archers.
From there it's just a matter of staying behind him and knowing when to...
That's in the ToS, but I'm pretty sure this is an idle threat to the average person.
Take into consideration the amount of manpower it would take to actually follow up with thousands and thousands of people to see if they are actually students. Then there's the hassle of them actually forcing...
If a dev says the game is 100 hours long.... I bet it'll take a hardcore gamer like 25-35 hours to beat.
Devs always overestimate just how long their content lasts, even with playtesters. I remember the lead designer for God of War said it took his fastest tester 24 hours to beat it without...
