Google for TMPEGEnc, it's a high-quality MPEG encoder that is very popular and again produces high quality results. The MPEG-1 Encoder is free and you get a 30-day free trial of MPEG-2 Encoding.
No the 2.5 would probably be brought up to 3.0, unless I think you could manually change the 3.0 RAM to 2.5 but that's probably like overclocking and dangerous. Just get the 2.5.
Yeah it's very nice. And the SpyNet thing sounds like a good idea, whenever it finds spyware or allows something it sends it to SpyNet which all the users with the program are connected to and SpyNet automatically updates the program to defend against any new spyware.
Yeah my new PC3200 is only running at PC2100 speeds because of my cpu's fsb, but that'll change if I get an Athlon 64. It's not even running at full speed and it seems very fast to me as it is.
Hey Asus have you heard of the new RAM I just got? SuperTalent? Works great, seems good to me, then again I went from 512mb to 1GB Dual, but came with heatsinks and everything for $144 so I didn't think it was bad.
I know but either way it wasn't gonna be expensive RAM I was buying, I got it at a computer show and so far it's awesome, HL2 runs perfect now with High settings at 1024x768 4xA/4xAF, the RAM's not bad as far as I can tell just wanted to know if anybody else has it or has heard of it.

Bought two 512mb sticks for $72 each, total of $152 with tax. They're DDR400 but right now are only running at 266mhz because of my processor, but I may be getting an Athlon 64 so that won't be a problem. But is...
Unless you want the AIW features like watching TV on your computer and recording shows and all the video editing stuff, get the 6800LE it's faster. But can't you get a 6800nu (non-ultra non LE non GT just plain 6800) for about as much as that 9800 pro AIW? That one would be worth it because it's...
That thing looks awesome but if you have a higher-end system that requires a considerable amount of power I'd consider buying a Thermaltake or Antec power supply and not using the one that comes with the case.
I don't think it's true because do you really think they would release FOUR FX's during the span of 2005? After all once they only have one FX made at a time, once a new one comes out the older one is no longer made. So I find it hard to believe that we will see four Athlon FX's come out during...
Use the one that says DVD+RW 4X4X12 don't use eitehr of the Image Recorders I never really figured out what they're there for but the DVD+RW is your DVD burner.
Alright you want to know how an Athlon 64 3000+ can be better than a 3.0ghz Pentium 4 when the Pentium 4 is 3.0ghz and the Athlon 64 3000+ is what 1.8ghz or 2.0ghz. AMD Athlon processors have lower clock speeds, however they do more work per clock cycle, they are more efficient and therefore do...
