I have a LCD monitor that is strait VGA connecter, Would connecting it to my DVI port using a DVI-VGA connector be better than connecting it strait to my video card's VGA slot?

Just hope that Steam exists for as long as you want to play half-life2. If Valve for any reason were to fall apart, I hope they have a plan for letting everyone play half-life2 without having to use steam.

You be able to play on your laptops full resolution... I'm sure if you have no aa or af, but everything else on high and full quality.. it will look best, have perfect fps.

They still got RMA support at Asus.... which makes up for everything.

Drat, the file isn't avaliable anymore :( Anyway to make cs:s not go above 60hz on refresh rate? Edit: registry displays 60hz, I think ill try my highest resolution, maybe It was trying to go higher in hz, because of lower resolution.

Okay, just installed this card to see how it would run on cs:s. And well ofcourse, I have issues with correct settings. My resolution for game is set at 800x600, I have tried dx 60, and 70, yet I still get loading problems (screen goes blank, monitor getting no signal.) Wondering what...

You can play the game on that video card, that's a major accomplishment :D

But if it looks fugly, it's not worth playing... :( Might as well play regular Counter-Strike then.
