No. You'll find that some of those radiation areas are the edge of the map that the devs don't want you going past. Just follow the story and you'll get a decent rad suit in time.

Have they 'managed' to have an option to turn off noob control in FartOut 2? I remember in FlatOut 1 traction control couldn't be turned off unless you tweaked the ini files.

Been playing for the past week now and its actually growing on me. Its a good start but it just needs more content, more life, more lore, more character choices, really just more of everything. Just feels like Turbine have had a 'that will do' attitude to every part of the game.

Looks fun for a mess about 'driving' game, but yeah, Live For Speed is the best racing simulator for the PC
