Actually it was four, the guy buy the stairs and the three guys capping the flag. :p

Nice job with expert knife though, 18 kills in one round is insane.
 
I had the greatest series of games last night. Got 4 gold medals in a row, as well as Veteran Resupply and Heal. It was naaasty.

nice - i havent had a really good day in a while, its alot harder to get points on the ABK* servers which i enjoy playing much more

*anything but karkand

BF2 uses prntscrn, but after the recent update it's messed up and not only doesn't BF2 save screenies when you press it, it also makes Windows not save the screenie in it's memory.

I used scroll lock+s - default for taking screenies using X-Fire

Had a really cool round on Karkand, armor whorin as USMC, clocked my way up to 29 kills easy, thought, yeah, ill grab Expert Medic Combat here :D

Ended up as MEC for rest of round, adding ONE measely kill D:

Also, I repeatedly kicked Evo's welsh ass in Sharqi. Attack Chopper ftmfw.
 
Woot woot I was there! Infact I was right along Nightshade, about 1-2 feet away in-game. :D

Of course no one saw what happened when my mouse fell off and my chopper decided that palm tree was a good place to meet.

i think that i am actually done with BF2 ;(

when i tried to uninstall and reinstall it (again) the autoloader would come up (ask what language, then go to the menu where it says "install") i would hit "install" and nothing else would happen. i go to the processes menu and there is no trace of any program that would indicate it was trying to install D;

today is a sad day for me

Alternatively, you could either create or 'acquire' virtual images and try to install from there.

AHAHAHA OF COURSE! Kamikazie, you need to uninstall Norton ASAP! Every edition after '03 has been absolute shit. It hijacks your registry and all sorts of other things, and makes half of the software unrunnable. I tried it, and I couldn't get a THING to run. Switched to the latest version of McAffee, and everything's been peachy.

I can't believe you haven't heard of this. Norton is absolute crap. Although I've heard it said that it's tough to uninstall... best luck to you!

usually i hate putting antivirus shit on my computer for that reason, i thought i would trust them once to see if it would keep ot safe. apparently NOT! now i think its safer to go without the virus protection ( went without one for 2 years without a virus D: )

norton is quite likely your problem kami - it's a piece of overpriced crap
i use sophos which doesnt cause me too many problems :/

I use AVG Free-Edition (aka Home Edition).

It's completely free and supplied with license key, it only costs corporations / company when they license to use it.

Best one I've used so far :)
 
My Dad had major problems with Norton, he uninstalled it and put on ZoneAlarm FireWall which i use. I also use AVG Free :D

Yup, AVG Free Edition thats what I use and I love it. The best of the free ones out there imo. avast! is another one that isn't that bad but is kind of a pain to get set up. :/
 
I remember Zone Alarm had an issue with CS:S - it would lag for 5 seconds every minute or so. Maybe it's fixed now.

I've had no problems with Norton 06, save its firewall stuff which you have to redo every time you patch a game.
 
Well, it f*cked me over biiig time. I believe it's different for every computer. Anyway, I seriously recommend that he at least tries playing after Norton is uninstalled.
 
Oh and forgot to say, I definately wouldn't recommend running a comp without any anti-virus Kamikaze.

There's a bunch of quality free AV software available (already mentioned), it's just not worth leaving your computer at risk like that.

Yea... I had an awesome day. I learned the SVD is one shot kill to the head. I had about 4-6 rounds with atleast a score of over 50 with each one. All Karkand
About 32 points off from Sergent.
