ever noticed that half-life 2 was rated M for mature which means 18+. so valve can get away with this i'am glad i got it over steam (bronze -> silver). i payed $10 for cs:cz, dod:s, hl:s and the rest.

those corsairs are still there, you have to activate them in options.

i hid myself in one of the places were the turrets stand (closet) and put the turrets in front of me. first time they were to far awat from the closet so i died when they kicked hem over but second time i didn't see any combine. ut the turrets were shooting constantly

i got one too, and i can run half-life 2 on 1280x1024 with everything on high no aa en trilinair filtering and it doesn't have any slowdowns on my radeon 9600XT

the xbox can run half-life 2 better than you think, xbox has lower cpu but it doesn't have a os wich needs to run while playing so 50 percent or more of the cpu load is gone. and graphics: doom 3 is heavier then half-life 2 in the graphics part so half-life 2 shouldn't have to cut it dow too...

halo 2 is just the same as halo 1 but just with extra features other story and not a lot of new stuff
