If you want to run source flawlessly with all max graphics I suggest you get one of the newer ATI cards. Anything with a 16 bit pipeline will work without a hiccup.
If your planning to be a fulltime server admin I suggest you get HLDS:S. It's alot more stable and runs with less CPU usage in console. Also check counter-server for some FAQ's so you don't end up running a server with pause enabled.

Show me my map post genius. Don't talk shit on me if you don't even know who you are talking about. As for the rest of you if you arent having any problems with source then why the hell would you even bother posting? Go play your game and enjoy yourselves. This thread is intended to...
bind a key to "screenshot" in console. For example /bind del "screenshot". Then when you press delete the shot will be taken of your current ingame view and stored in your cstrike/screenshots folder.
As jez said, if they do release an update and fix all the current bugs while adding the correct player model count, then I will be happy and play all day. Im just sad that I paid for a game that can be considered by next to everyone as still BETA. Imagine if windows was shipped without Windows...
I bet they don't even release updates. What's even funnier is that the steampowered.com forums are flooded with threads just like this. I knew this was going to happen, as I said, VALVe is a cheap company.
