It was already active, just stuck.

It's lagging and taking ages to load as you don't have the full cache. This happened to me before I overwritten steam with the 720Mb full cache install, now every game takes only a few seconds to load.

Aren't there four seperate systems in the steam idea? 1)Content servers. 2)Dedicated game servers. 3)Authentication servers. 4)Friends network servers.
