I've been playing the demo ALOT. No new games until after Christmas, but this is at the top of the list. On harder modes, it's ridiculous to get a top place. I was getting times of about 3:15 in the demo sprint race, beating the AI by about 15-30 seconds, getting pretty close to perfect runs...

depends on what kind of zombie we're talking about. Against the slow moving ones, a Katana is a perfect choice. unless virus spread just by blood, and not say, a bite. Now, fast zombies, or other varients...maybe not. But the best offence in most cases is a good defence. :)
