The arm in the pic he took is extremely similar to the one in standard CS. Sure a few models have short t-shirt on them (kinda) but I sincerely doubt they have fixed it. Dunno why thoughlans said:How do you conclude this? did merc mention it?

Let's say you're the Guerilla Faction on Terrorist. The arm models when you hold weapons are bare armed. Fair enough, but, when you're on CT, with full body armor and covered arms, they're still bare.
He wants matching arms (v_weapon.mdl) for the different skin selections (player.mdl)
Besides, there are 5 skin selections in CZ now

They are most likely on a different file. But assigning different files such as arms to different choices can't be that hard. Sounds pretty basic to me.
